I think I just finished my final paper for CID; it needs maybe one more edit, but essentially it's done. I leave the country in 11 days. Between then & now, I have to:

- Write all my reflection papers (acting, devising, voice, movement)
- Do that Belfast/Derry/Causeway post. Tonight! ...or tomorrow.
- Go to Cathal's extra rehearsal. Stupid.
- Go to next week's rehearsals for showcase
- Showcase! On Wednesday! Plus dinner on IES. Huzzah.
- Go grocery shopping...maybe only one more time?
-One last Thai Takeout Thursday, including a card for the amazing Thai Food Lady
- Meet up with [livejournal.com profile] roz_mcclure on Saturday!
- Go to Devitt's for live music
- Get to Queen of Tarts & Leo Burdocks for umissable Dublin food (Roz, you interested?)
- Get to the Guinness factory?
- Deep clean our whole entire apartment. Goody.
- Hang out as much as possible with everyone here. I mean seriously. A lot.
- Re-visit some favorite Dublin haunts with my camera
-Possibly go see Golden Compass if I am not overwhelmed. I may just wait, as odd as that sounds.

It won't hit me until I'm gone--probably not, as Kate said, until we go back to 'normal' school in January--how much I'll really miss of what I have here. I will miss a lot, I know that. But I feel like most of the time I live my life in a perpetual state of missing something I don't have...and I miss what I haven't had in Seattle too much to be sad about going home. We'll see how I feel next Saturday, of course. But at the moment, I'm getting ready to come home.

I read somewhere that it's always preferable to look back and miss things we did or had than it is to look back and regret things we didn't do or have.

...oh right. It was in a book made of compilation of advice columns as written by cats.

Well, even if that was the source, it sounds intelligent, and is probably right anyway. Yeah.

YES! I want to do all these things AND MORE! Also to read your Northern Ireland post, because augh ♥ augh.

Oh god, Kenna. We have to talk about Golden Compass. I am going to drop a bomb in this comment. Don't read below if you can't take it:

I saw the premiere at Pacific Place with Kristyn and we were appalled. The move is... so...

terrible...
