argh.

I hate registration time, I bloody hate it. The Writing Fiction class I wanted* is closed, go figure; I'm going to register for a history class (Pre-modern China, the only one that looked interesting and fit with my schedule), and then see if I can strongarm myself into that Writing class anyhow. That is, of course, assuming that a) the China class is still open in fifteen minutes; and b) Schulz actually still cares enough to bother strongarming us into classes, or whoever comes along next can.

* It looks so good! We were going to have writing workshops! Actually write, creatively! For school! And read short stories, instead of stupid anthologies, stories by Alexie and Hemingway and Octavia Butler, and if I don't get in I shall be extremely pissed off.

ARGH.

And I have to rewrite my lit paper. I really, really dislike not knowing what to do. It makes me angry.

ETA: Well, I got myself on the waitlist...there's eleven people in front of me. ELEVEN. That means just about half the class has to drop out for me to get a spot. *sigh* Ah well...he'll be teaching the class again, I think, and pre-modern China's cool, and I just have to make sure I write lots on my own. Bah.

I feel your pain. Although I have yet to actually go through registration for classes, I'm already disgruntled with the housing/freshman experience/scholarship/everything-else-under-the-sun forms I have to fill out. Double argh.

On a lighter note, have you gotten my letter yet? I sent it to your parents' house just in case you were no longer at Xavier. How much longer have you got until summer hols anyway? I think I've already received an answer, but of course I don't remember it. :-)

I did get it! I probably won't write back till after finals, especially since I left it at home anyway, but I got it. :)
