Oct. 15th, 2004 12:27 pmOh, HUZZAH! Read the Seattle Times' review of "Proof"--Naka, it looks like some ass-kicking won't be necessary, because it's fabulous! Ye-ES!
I'm so so happy for them. So so happy. :D
On the other hand the amount of work I have to do this weekend is suddenly hitting me over the head with a sledgehammer. I have to write two papers--one ten page term paper, I shit you not, and one shorter 'geography' paper--and read the entirety of Cicero's Republic and the rather long and involved introduction. Plus whatever history reading we have (I think we're getting into God--I mean, Thucydides--and more Plato. It's not that I won't enjoy it, because I'm actually excited about all the stuff we're doing but it's just...so...MUCH.
So there's no talking to anyone this weekend. No fiddling around on Shoebox or checking for updates on comics, no emailing and definetely no AIM. (Well. Maybe a little. For a break. Maybe.)
Tonight I'm auditioning for the student-directed one-acts...am I insane? I don't have the time. I really don't. But honestly I cannot keep myself away. Theater is my drug and I am so addicted it's hopeless. (Not that I'd have it any other way.)
And I was going to email Shauna to meet with her what, last week? Argh. Maybe next. Agh! So much to DO!
