classes and...and stuff.
Nov. 16th, 2005 10:26 pmSince it looks as though getting into History 201 will be harder than we thought, I'm not going to worry about that req yet and just take another class next quarter. What class? Well, Dr. Madsen's Roman Empire class at 8:15 in the morning, that's what class.
Yes, it's effing early for me. Yes, it's worth it. Because it's the Roman Empire. And it's Dr. Madsen.
Speaking of which, he showed up on campus today--we spotted him out the window before Lit and then ran down the stairs to meet him, which was rather funny in itself. He told us a little about Turkey and Greece and Crete--hot and gorgeous, and he got a $92 speeding ticket in Turkey, go figure. And went hiking in Crete. *is jealous* And took 3000 pictures.
Also, I didn't break or sprain my ankle, so no major worries there. She thought possibly a bone bruise, and I'm supposed to go easy on it, which is fine since I've had to miss frisbee due to far too much homework anyway. (Argh.)
In other news, I finished all my homework by 9:25 tonight, go me. The only things left this week are history discussion which I love, staff meeting which maybe we'll get paid at, that would be nice, and editing exam which I feel...I'll do just fine on, thank you, grammar whore that I am.
HARRY POTTER TOMORROW NIGHT! (please excuse the capitals. put them down to a fit of excitement.)
