(no subject)

The nice thing about sitting in the computer lab to work on my paper is that it isn't my room, so I'm not sick of it, & the computer is nicer than mine, & it makes me feel scholarly & productive.

The bad thing is that it's on the 12th floor & I'm facing the windows & the weather is beautiful & the view is gorgeous & I cannot concentrate as I want nothing more than to go out on a ferry right now, or to explore Pike Place or the waterfront.

No. Paper paper paper paper paper...it would be nice to turn this in at my final on Thursday. Think of that. Two papers in early (okay, a day, but still, it's early).

ETA: HEY! It's Pi Day! 3.14, yes. It's also Albert Einstein's birthday.

* rehersal: fun, if long.
* this cast: so fabulous!
* studying abroad in england: really wanting to be done, yes please.
* my costume: so far comfortable (the skirt? is awesome; the apron is a little funky, but maybe i can ask her to use the other one; my hat is too big, but they're going to fix it & it's a really floofy cook's hat!)
* tartuffe: going to eat my life, but also going to be v. v. funny.
* finals: studied for, all day.
* finals again: going to be studied for tomorrow.
* poly-sci paper: being frustrating; going to have to be worked on tomorrow.
* thin mints cookies: taunting me from my drawer.
* my nose: red & raw & actually peeling, no really; but--
* my cold: nearly gone, finally.
* my laundry: really needs doing.
* my room: really needs cleaning.
* thin mints cookies: being eaten (so i have a weak will when it comes to cookies, so what).
* sakura con: wanting to go. should have looked at that earlier. would totally have come up with a nifty costume, too.
* people from lc: coming to seattle!
* pirates game: possibly happening. (!)
* cross-city pirate-ninja rivalry: i'm not sure, but the seed is planted. & hush, it's a secret still.
* bedtime: going to be really, really soon (hey! it's so early! i love this!)
* the me: really ready for finals week to be over, but nonetheless...
* the me: happy.
