Moving is really strange. Especially when I don't do it all at once, & I spent the night at home, in my old familar room, on a new foam mattress that doesn't feel right (because my old comfortable one's been moved to my apartment), with the floor strewn with boxes & things that should be in boxes & my head trying to get around the logistics of when I should actually move, & when I need to go food shopping so I can survive when I do.
I can't decide whether I want school to start or not. I don't like feeling like this.
On a lighter note, I find it really funny that the new mini-feed thing on Facebook is just showing everyone joining anti-mini-feed groups. I'm not particularly against it in terms of privacy issues--I mean, really, people, everyone could see everything you were doing before!--but I am rather against it on aesthetic grounds. Does anyone else think it's ugly, & mars the flow of the page? (I ought to start a group too. Hah.)
A few people on my flist are wrestling with or mulling over interesting, perhaps-non-answerable questions, which I find very appealing at the moment...my mind I think has been missing those philosophically leaning discussions. I don't have anything to kick start one myself, though, or at least nothing I want to put out for the whole world to see, yet. Still. If anyone wants to meet for tea & talk about the nature of the universe...I'm usually free.
