*sigh* oh, the ennui. It slays me.
Oct. 14th, 2007 04:39 pmHave I just been spoiled by having all physical & practical classes so far? I am starting in on my so-called academic papers--one for acting, writing about the monologue I'm doing* and one for movement, about the body in performance. I mean, they're not that hard. (Really. When Diane handed out her paper she actually told us, "it's just fluff, lads.") I'm just so bored and rebellious and I really don't want to write them. Blaaah. Ahahaha....I can be so silly sometimes.
At least I do not take myself and my ennui so seriously. I do not want to become Hedda or Portia Coughlan or something. Although they didn't have to write papers. Ahaha.
But I have Wagamama to look forward to! Huzzah for family dinner with roommates. Yum.
*So if Rosa doesn't listen to me and do Carthaginians I might just have to make it happen myself, because I really adore it. That or Factory Girls. Or pretty much anything that's a really good play with lots of good parts. For girls too. Gawd. I am seriously having a big old talk with her about the Drama deparment when I get back...
