actually...i can't sign the lease yet. apparently i had to apply first, for which they charged me $35, and then i only got a "maybe" instead of a "yes" to move in, so now i have to wait until july 19th when the manager gets back and decides if a i get a "yes" or a "no." and if it's a "no," then they can't get the lease back because they won't qualify or something.
