Anneka, Zoe, Kaya, Hilary--you are wonderful amazing loving people. I had such a good time last night...
After waiting for my dad for an abnormally long time, I finally got the car and went to Anneka's...and we hung about and had an extremely girly and emotional and silly--but also wonderful--Lovefest which was entirely enjoyable. And really good food. And a fire in the fireplace, and good music. It was fantastic.
I love Midsummer's and Theater Lab so much. I am actually somewhat regretting now that I didn't do a dramatic scene as well as a funny one, but not all that much, since I adore both scenes I am doing. It seems like every time I do the Arcadia bit we come up with something new, and it is far too fun to say those lines. And Hilary and I have a really funny scene...when we aren't distracting ourselves far too much.
Anna, I loved seeing you one more time...(huzzah for Viola!). I cannot wait for next summer, up Earnest!
I am not going to write a long sappy thing about Midsummer's, partly because I'm terrible at them, partly because it would go on far too long, partly because it isn't over yet, and partly because Anneka did it much better.
This morning cramps attacked me at five thirty...I woke up in disgusting pain and sat around for about an hour debating whether it was worth it to uncurl myself to go get a hot water bottle. I eventually did so, but also decided that it was totally worth it (my girls of last night, you'll get this) to have cramps in order to have Lovefests with Ice Cream. Heh. Never underestimate the usefulness of good humour.
