my first college test...
Sep. 30th, 2004 12:03 pm...and I didn't die!
It actually wasn't all that bad. We had four questions and had to answer three, and two of them had various subjects to write on (ie, Homer's treatment of hospitality, warfare, relation between the sexes, the divine, &c &c) and we got to choose just a few--I like this choosing thing. Makes it a bit less stressful.
Also last night when I was flipping out over the study guide I went downstairs and found Tara's room, and we split up the questions, and then met heniously early for breakfast to study. Which was nice. I'm studying with someone! I'm not alone! And Tara is actually quite nice. A bit intense. But nice.
I got food and brought it back to Xavier, where I ran into Bryce and Steve and...Liz (I think, I don't know this one), and we played Egyptian Ratscrew for a while. My finger hurts. I got creamed in Speed and Bryce's version of Spit, which is different than the middleschool lunch-time Spit we used to play.
So I survived. And was social. And the yogurt I'm eating is actually good for once, and I have a brownie for later; and I don't have many pages to read for History which is, anyhow, my favorite class. In an hour and a half. Yay!
