(no subject)

It really is amazing, the kinds of conclusions for papers that I can come up with when it's this late at night and I really want to go to bed. It's nearly a whole page, and it all makes sense--more or less--but my goodness. What utter tripe. I am terrifically amused (though because it's funny or I'm exhausted I don't know).

Eleven days until Folklife!

[But between now and then I have to rewrite my lit paper / write a full second draft of my art paper / research and outline and draft my history paper / leonardo da vinci presentation with anna / wife of bath presentation and short paper for lit / all the readings for every class / catch up on reading for astronomy / moon lab! / memorize all hermia's lines / plus a million other things i'm sure i'm forgetting. oy. twenty four more days until school is out. twenty four....

oh, thank goodness.

Ah, my faith in the kindness of humanity restored! Mr. N "appreciates me being careful about my plans" and is going to let me wait until I find out about Hugo House before I give him my final answer. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My fingers hurt from playing floaters-up in the cold. Frisbees hurt. But that's ameliorated by the fact that it was utterly gorgeous outside--sunny and bright, with small, thin crystal drips of rain falling and peppering my nose and slicking the frisbee and making the grass glittering and difficult to run on.

I finished watching Firefly on Saturday. I adore that show so incredibly much. Lawks. It's brilliant. I have put it on hold myself from the library and am going to screencap the hell out of it when I get it. (I've already begun screencapping the hell out of Neverwhere.)
