You know how Seattle weather can sometimes undermine its own reputation by being yes, gray and overcast, but with weird light coming through the clouds & lighting up the evergreens so it's really not gloomy at all? & sometimes even when it's cloudy, the clouds make interesting shapes in the sky, & scud around with the wind, so that the near-rain is better than a sunny day would be?
Yeah, well. This weather? Not even close to that. Boring, Seattle...boring.
This weekend I...
- Had a long rehearsal in which I only went onstage for five minutes, but that was all right, because the green room was entertaining as all hell. Kris brought a large (& I mean Costco-large) bag of candy, &...well, sugar + acotrs, you do the math.
- Bought things at radio shack, half of which work, half of which don't. I am annoyed at technology, & am going to steal older, but functional, technology from my father.
-Have decided that I must go back & talk to that closet-ghost more. I want to figure out her name. (I have a guess, which is entirely random, but I want to ask. Also I want to take my roommates.)
- Wrote something that wasn't homework.
- Saw Travesties at SPT--funny, of course, well-done, of course. I have to review it now. Eeep.
- Wrote a paper on Macbeth in a total of, maybe, two hours. (I don't count the times I got distracted by a) my other homework b) dinner or c) my roommate & I being oh-so-amusing.)
- Ushered for Comedy of Errors at SSC--hilarious. Go, go I bid thee, see this play. Completely worth a ticket. I'm going to drag Nikki to see it before it closes. I have not laughed so continuously for a long time.

...& I did not learn my lines. Or read for history. Or...well, let's not get started on that list.
