boo, you whore.
May. 1st, 2006 03:13 pm(We never did manage to watch Camp last night...that was the original idea. Oh well.)
I just finished my Shakespeare midterm...it went pretty well, I think. The short answers were all right; the idea explainations were easy, & the quote IDs were a breeze. There was only one of twenty that I had to stop & think for a moment. The rest I knew instantly. Obviously, I know these plays far too well. (Am I bragging? Oh? Just a little...*snerk*) Oh, hey--
HAPPY BELTANE TO ALL! No party this year, I guess...I will probably go outside later & do a little something with candles & fire & silence, or singing. Anyone want to spontaneously join me? Give me a ring...
All right. I have a paper confrence to go to soon...& homework to attack. I don't know that I really have less to do, exactly...but I feel so much more relaxed about it all since the play's opened. It feels really strange, though--Andrew & were talking about this last night--we had such an incredibly long rehearsal process that the actual performing feels very surreal. It's the going out afterwards & meeting the audience members & hearing how they liked it, that makes it real--but the actual performances...I'm having trouble distinguishing them from the interminable run-throughs we've been doing. It's weird. Not bad...just weird. I can't imagine running a show for months. I'd probably lose it.
One weekend till the show closes; two weekends till Relay for Life (dammit, I need to raise money!); three weekends till Folklife!
