Zombies....zombie hunters....
Oct. 12th, 2009 03:25 pmI am going to see Zombieland in an hour. I am stupidly excited about this movie. I am also wearing flannel and jeans and several layers, and am sort of itching to slam down some zombies, or at least fight something. Y'know...in a good way.
Probably because I slept in this morning, & actually feel rested, and have that Bring it On, World, Let's Go attitude. Yarr. I need a gun. Or a chainsaw.
On the complete other end of the spectrum, I am now a Sugarplum Elf! & I'm really excited to be part of this group--I think it will be good to have a group of people unrelated to anything else I do (ie, people I haven't met through theater*), plus they are all girls so I get some good girl-power in my life. Not to mention that there's singing & dancing, & fun costumes, and lots of fun elf swag to hand out and crafy fun things to do and yeah. It's gonna be rockin' awesome. So, if you want any Holiday Elf-themed entertainment...y'know where to go. Yep.
{* Not that I don't adore people I meet through theater. Obviously I totally do. It's just good to have variety....although I guess these are all dramatically song&dance inclined ladies, anyway. I guess I really don't get out of the species....}
I have also been doing a ridiculous amount of thinking about my Halloween costume, which is, & I say this with a totally straight face, incredibly important. Man. HALLOWEEEN. I am so stoked!
